On July 11, I picked up my new Jeep Patriot at Raceway Chrysler.  I just wanted to tell you that Jude Hutchinson made this car-buying experience a very pleasant one.  This is my seventh car purchase in total and I must say that it was definitely one of the easiest.

Just a note of thanks to Raceway Chrysler's Bodyshop Team and Mr Angelo Conforti for a job well done! The professionalism and Customer Service aspects Angelo displayed over the week in which my car was being repaired was tremendous. Having an accident and the subsequent hassle of running around was virtually eliminated by Angelo. He looked after everything and eliminated any worries I may have had.

I hope I do not have to use this service again due to an accident but if there comes a time I would not hesitate to return. I would definitely recommend your Bodyshop to anyone!! I have been a lifetime GM driver but would consider a Chrysler if the rest of your team is anything like Angelo.Once again thanks to Raceway and Mr. Conforti, it was a pleasure being served by you.

We are writing this letter to let you know that it was our absolute pleasure to meet with you and your staff on May 31st. We were impressed from the moment we stepped foot through your doors where we were greeted by a courteous, knowledgeable and insightful team of individuals. We made the decision to purchase a new vehicle, but had not locked in on exactly which model or type best suited our personal needs.

The Dodge Caliber and a select few other vehicles made it to our short list. We test drove all of them, requested outlines of all the warranty packages, available options, pricing and financing perks. We decided the Dodge Caliber was the vehicle that would satisfy all our needs at the best value for the dollar. Our initial contact at Raceway was with Mr. Bob Saeed, your Floor Manager for Sales and Leasing. Bob, introduced us to the Dodge line, with a direct, informed, hands on approach so were able to visually appreciate the vehicle and fully understand the warranty coverage’s & after sale services available without any sales pressure tactics. During our tour of the facility you took the time out of your busy schedule to greet us and offer your thanks for our interest in the Chrysler line … you made us feel like special friends … so refreshing in this day and age.

Your Financial Manager, Mr. Janusz Szybalski, presented, with discretion and at length, several different financing options. We were able to make informed decisions, choosing a package that gave us the most value, delivered the best price & protection options available. He processed our purchase in record time and we were able to pickup our vehicle the very next business day. We have enjoyed every minute in it since.

We continually get compliments on the style, capacity, and technical aspects of our Caliber from everyone who sees it. We just love how it handles on the road and most of all we can actually smile when we go to the fuel pumps. Fuel efficiency has cut our consumption cost in half.

We want to thank each of you for welcoming us to the Raceway family. We will, without question recommend Raceway to anyone wanting to purchase a vehicle; we will fill them in on the staff, service and overall satisfaction that await them. Dear Mr. Nimeck,

Although I have received and completed the questionnaire sent to me by Chrysler Canada, I feel compelled to write to you regarding your staff at Raceway.

From the moment I called initially to inquire about the expiry of my lease agreement, Bob Saeed took the time and effort to answer my questions and subsequently arranged for me to come in and meet with him. At that meeting he took the time to explain to me all of my options and after a lengthy discussion, he developed a plan that was a custom fit for me. I can’t begin to thank him enough for all of his expertise with Raceway and I would not hesitate to make it a third or to recommend my family and friend to contact your dealership and ask for Bob!

I would also like to take this opportunity to mention and thank Norris Spike for his expertise and assistance as well.
