Pre-Owned Vehicle Condition / Wear & Tear: Pre-owned vehicles may exhibit normal wear and tear, and pricing reflects both market value and vehicle condition. Not every minor cosmetic imperfection will be photographed or listed online. Customers may test-drive and visually inspect the vehicle before completing a purchase. For remote buyers, we can provide detailed photos or an inspection report upon request. This allows buyers to assess cosmetic items, such as dents, scratches, stone chips, or other signs of wear. We make every effort to photograph our vehicles clearly and accurately; however, minor imperfections may not always be visible in photos. All vehicles are sold as seen and equipped at the time of delivery unless otherwise stated on a formal purchase agreement.
Certification: All pre-owned vehicles are sold certified with a valid Ontario Safety Standards Certificate, unless the listing clearly states the vehicle is sold “AS IS.” Any “AS IS” vehicle is listed with the following mandatory disclosure: “The motor vehicle sold under this contract is being sold ‘as-is’ and is not represented as being in roadworthy condition, mechanically sound, or maintained at any guaranteed level of quality.
